Israel terrorism, as usual

"An Israeli air strike against Palestinian militants wounded eight bystanders and prompted Palestinian retaliation Sunday. Israel struck targets in the Gaza Strip Monday."  Imagine if Israeli bystanders were hit by a Palestinian bomb.  Would the US paper report on their injury with this casualness?  Imagine if the NYT reported that casually: a bomb exploded in Tel Aviv injuring some eight Israeli bystanders.
