Fath and the municipal elections in the West Bank

So more than half of the voters did not bother to vote.  And Hamas boycotted the election and its candidates did not win.  And Fath did not win a landslide even when its main rival boycotted.  And the presence of Dahlan candidates proves that Muhammad bin Zayid is still supporting his business partner.
