Demagoguery, at its worst

I have never read more distasteful demagoguery and distortions of leftists' arguments and lumping of leftists with Syrian regime like this badly written article here which even talks about "treason" by leftists.  The language of Ann Coulter and the Ba`th in Arabic, basically.   But when you remember that the writer was the founder of a pro-Saudi, pro-Hariri liberal (leftist in its name even) bunch (Al-Yasar Ad-Dimuqrati), you understand.  I understand.
