The best picture of Wadi` Haddad ever was his picture at the wedding of Kuwaiti Arab nationalist, Ahmad Al-Khatib in 1962 in Hotel Ambassador in Bhamdun (the same Hotel were my parents got married in the mid-1950s). You look at his face and wonder: is this is the same man who a few years later would be shocking the world?
