Riyad Ash-Shaqfah (garden the piece)

So the leader of the Syrian Muslim Brotherhood, Riyad Ash-Shaqfah (garden the peace, in Arabic), tells a Turkish newspaper that he will break the back of the "Shi`ite crescent".  This guy led a fanatic terrorist band back in the 1980s and now leads a movement that Western readers are told is "secular" and "progressive" and peaceful--well the peaceful bit is now too hard to swallow.
