Obama and free speech in the Arab world

"Obama Tells U.N. New [Arab] Democracies Need Free Speech".  Notice the language.  As for non-democracies in the Arab world (like Morocco, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Algeria, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, and UAE among the clients of the US in the region), they just don't need free speech.  Saudi Arabia can arrest a young Saudi and charge him with an offense to the Prophet and not a single Western government or media or even human rights organization say a word about that.
