A knowledgeable source said that, in the context of its knowledge transfer efforts to a selected group of French municipal councils, "Al-Tawhid Brigade" is planning to organize a series of training course on local government methods. Kidnapping and beheading techniques, the same source added, are only few of the subjects of these training courses."
