Brian Whitaker's sources on Syria

I pointed out yesterday that Brian Whitaker posted a story about the defection of Bashshar Al-Asad's sister.  The story from Al-Arabiyya (the news station of King Fahd's brother-in-law) was based on unnamed sources.  Yet, the story is now posted in the Arabic section but it cited unnamed "pro-Syrian" Lebanese papers, when none mentioned that.  Welcome to the media of Saudi princes that are now informing Western media.
