Arab kings

"Some Kings no doubt have been popular due to their personality, their policies, or their ability to play their assigned role effectively."  Who are those kings?  Muhammad of Morocco? Abdullah of Jordan? Qabus of Oman? Khalifah of UAE?  Who?   And of effectiveness, are we talking about Saudi King?  (thanks Basim)
