From Akram in Syria: "Al-Dmeyinah Al-Sharkyia is under a severe shock after a shell hit a house killing ten people of one family. Today, the victims were buried amid questions about what happened. According to the news published on its Facebook page, the village
witnessed, for the previous two months, heavy fighting between the army
checkpoints scattered near the village and the rebels. Following are some comments about the attack yesterday, which appeared on the village Facebook page (Arabic):
We're strong supporters [of the regime]. Why did a helicopter hit the village. We need to know. Is the pilot dissident, or the village was hit by mistake? We don't know what happened. The martyrs were buried yesterday evening.
Dear Admin: yesterday, we read that a plane was flying over the village. It was targeted by a missile from Al-Bouyeida [a nearby village], but instead it hit the village. Right, or wrong, I don't know but this is what is reported in Electronic Youth of Syria website.
Just to expose all the points of views, according to the army, a Cobra missile was targeting a helicopter while it was carrying out a maneuver over the village, but the missile hit the village."
