the world." So the Iranian government at the highest levels only shares its top secret with the...Telegraph of all places? Or the Western intelligence services learned that and informed the Telegraph? But what is this "directive"--it sounds authoritative like US presidential findings or executive orders? And notice the language: "intensify attacks against the West". So Khamenei in his directive used the language not that he uses but that his enemies use? And to say that he called for "intensifying attacks against the West" imply that there are already Iranian attacks against the West going on. Where are they?
