Trotskyists for Free Syrian Army

I am not surprised with some Trotskists who are supporting the Free Syrian Army.  I knew some Trotskyists in my youth with whom I argued intensely about the Iranian revolution.  I was (as a Marxist-Leninist at the time) strongly against Khomayni and against all the Islamists trends in Iran (and elsewhere), and some Trotskists were trying to convince me that leftists should support Khumayni and that we can later take over from him.  Kid you not.  So those Trotskyists want to support the Muslim Brotherhood but dream that they would later plant the red flag in Damascus.  Good luck.
