The true nature of the Syrian regime

There were some supporters of the Syrian regime who were naive enough to think that the regime would really fight corruption.  Some even called on Bashshar to prosecute his cousin, Rami Makhluf (is he still devoted to charity work).  Of course, all those wishes or claims have been proven to be false. Why? Because the Syrian regime is based to its core on corruption and criminality.  The regime will fight for Rami Makhluf to the every end.
