So the Libyan Constituent Assembly "elected" Muhammad Al-Muqrif as its leader. He is described as a moderate Islamist (all Islamists who follow Washington orders are moderate, by Western standards, even Bin Laden when he was in Afghanistan). But Muqrif was none other than the leader of the National Front for the Salvation of Libya: which was nothing but a Reagan administration outfit. That was not mentioned in the accounts about Muqrif.
