It ostensibly shows a post by the Syrian cartoonist Ali Farzat (a former friend of Bashshar, by his own admission and a friend of mukhabarat henchmen, not by his admission) in which the rumor about the defection of Faruq Ash-Shar` was invented. The disgustingly sectarian language used has been used as of late by Farzat. I have received it from many sources please confirm or notify me if this is not accurate.
