The pro-Syrian regime media in Lebanon and Syria are very frustrating.  They want you to believe that the former prime minister, who defected, was a mere tool who had no powers whatsoever.  So they unwittingly admit that the cabinet musical chair game is a mere sectarian ploy to disguise who actually rules Syria.
