An Arab businessman who knows the parties to the story sent me this:
"In 1990 Sabih Al Masri
was alomost ( if not effectively) Bankrupt. Khaled Shuman offered to help him
out and that was the only person Sabih would have accepted help from ( I do not
know why). Lucky for Sabih the Iraq war broke and Khaled bin Sulan ( The desert
mouse) gave him the contract to feed the "FAT ARAB Troops as if any of them
needed food based on their waist lines)". That is where he made a ridiculous
amounts of Money.
Khaled Shuman's Wife was
very upset that her son was not appointed to the top job at The Arab Bank ( I
think she and her kids had approx 11% of the bank shares; while the Shuman
Family as whole including Khaled Shuman had 18% of the bank shares. Munib Al
Masri had 2%, Sabih approx 4%, Al Darwish ( Qatari family controled 11%), Hassib
Al Sabagh and Family 3% or so, I think Harri and proxy had 5% ( starting and
then accumulated from market purchase in the mid to late 90"s approx another 7
to 8 % giving them a share of 12 to 13 % of the bank.
In the early 2000's(
2006-@2008) the Wife of Khaled Shuman decided to sell out all of her 11% shares
( which her husband inherited from his father and mother combined). That is when
the Jordanian Government ( Social Daman) stepped in and bought 3% of the shares
with the balance going to Harriri guys. Giving those asses some where in the 22
to 24 % of the bank shares just about the largest block thanks to that wife of
Khaled Shuman and her sense of entitlement ( wa la kida ka kidahn) - Spite for
not appointing her Son in the same position as his father CEO.
I think the Hashimite
is in on this conspiracy. I am sure that Hashimite got paid handsomely for his
role in this play. This Hashimite is way too stupid to understand the
ramifications of what is happening around him and what the impact will be on the
little kingdom ( that he owns !@#$%^&*()_)(*&^). This is the end game:
The bank will be moved to Beirut, it will be destroyed and the assets ( money
not belonging to Harriri and his Cornie's) will be paid out to these thieves in
form of loans and joint ventures. No repayment will take place and since ( Hameh
Harameh) no legal action will be undertaken. Thus, a Palestinian institution
will be destroyed and the Major depositors: The Palestinians in Palestine and
Jordan will be the biggest losers in this tragic play. It is obvious that once
the money is gone, These Plaestinians will have to peg for repayments and look
for the lousy Hashimite and Collaborator Sulta for help. Help will never come
and if it does will force more forgoing of writes.
Per The Arab Bank annual
report over 60% of the deposits ( forming The Bank's asset base) comes from
Palestine and Jordan ( 36 % from Palestine and 25% from Jordan). For the 79th
Largest Banking Institution in The World it is very Cheap to control and steal
its assets for the little money that Harriri and Their Cornies have paid.
Maybe
Munib is upset that he was not consulted so he could run to his handlers and
break the news to them. Wait and see this is a real tragedy and yes the Shuman Family both sides
have equal blame for this outcome. The Harriri cancer should have not been
allowed in from the beginning".
