When Free Syrian Army tells Western reporters that they destroyed three Syrian Army tanks and killed 18 Syrian soldiers, the claims are higher for Arab reporters and become: 49 Syrian tanks and 349 Syrian soldiers.  Is someone keeping tabs?  Because if you are not, I can tell you that based on Free Syrian Army claims thus far, the Syrian regime army is now left with 34 soldiers and 2 tanks. It is over.
