Both ways for Michel Kilu

Look at this article by Syrian opposition figure, Michel Kilu, fittingly in the mouthpiece of Prince Salman, Ash-Sharq Al-Awsat.  He typically wants to have it both ways: he tells readers and presumably the West that the Syrian Army is not that significant and that it can be easily defeated but then at the end of the paragraph he says in passing that he is opposed to outside intervention.
