Where is the Syrian cabinet?

From Akram, the correspondent in Syria:  "From all the parties involved in the terrorist attack that hit the "nervous system" of the Syrian security body, the big, or possibly petty, absent party is: the National Coalition cabinet that we were told it's "political" and "responsible".
