What happened in Damascus?

I have received a lot of information about what happened in Damascus.  I could not confirm many of the information.  But I can tell you that most people are not sure as to what really happened.  I can tell you that neighbors in Damascus (close to the building that was targeted) are not sure as to what really happened.
