"News reports said Sunday that Egyptian president Mohamed Morsi refuses to answer phone calls from Israeli premier Benjamin Netanyahu who wants to congratulate him on his presidential election win.  The Hebrew media reported that Morsi did not respond to US pressures to receive a short phone call from Netanyahu who had instead to send a congratulatory letter."
