Izzat Ad-Duri is in Baghdad

The US invaded Iraq and Afghanistan to expel the Ba`thists and Taliban from power.  Why do we now have the impression that the US is now working hard to bring back the Ba`thists and the Taliban to power? By the way, `Izzat Ad-Duri was in Baghdad.  Ad-Duri reminds me of Hess: a bit off like him.
