Butt bomb

When Muhammad Bin Nayif (one of the henchmen and torturers of the Saudi regime) was targeted with a butt bomb, the US labeled it as a terrorist attack.  Check the record.  OK: let us come up with a criteria for US policies on car bombs in the Middle East.  Car bombs that target officials who live in countries with oil and gas are bad, as are car bombs that target anybody in Israel.  The rest are good car bombs, as far as US policy is concerned.
