Syrian TV channels

The New York Times remind readers daily that the Syrian regime does not allow journalists to visit Syria and that media coverage is restricted (of course, New York Times does not remind readers that all articles from Israel are subject to a military censor).  Today, the Arab League of Oil and Gas ruled that Syrian regime channels should not be carried on Arab satellites.  So now, Arab viewers can only watch what Qatar and Saudi Arabia allow them to watch.  Let me predict: you won't hear a word of protest from any Western government or media.
