Khalifah bin Zayid

Yesterday many Arabs on twitter were intrigued when I said that Muhammad Mursi is qualified to be the second most dumb Arab ruler.  The top honor goes of course, to Khalifah bin Zayid--even when he is sober.  Notice in Wikileaks that Khalifah does not meet or talk at length with officials.  His brother, Muhammad, runs the show.  I am told the brothers don't let him speak to the media given how dumb he is.
