Meanwhile, Israel has released an estimated 10,000 imprisoned Palestinian terrorists in the past 25 years, usually in group deals to free its own captured troops."
So Israeli's arrested by Palestinians are "prisoners of wars", while Palestinians arrested by Israelis are simply "terrorists".
