According to the mouthpiece of Prince Salman and his sons, Ash-Sharq Al-Awsat, this picture proves that a Hizbullah fighter is participating in the killing by Syrian regime troops. As to why this picture proves anything, is a mystery that I hope readers will solve for me. And the Photoshop seems too amateurish.
PS Well-known Syrian dissident, Nizar Nayyuf, wrote this on my Facebook ("like") page in response to what I wrote above:
"...those at least are ignorant that 9/10th of Republican Guards, and the Fourth Army and the four Security apparatuses have been growing their beards for years, and after the eruption of the uprising in Syria, it has been dealt with by the regime like a "state of war", and the command of the Army gave a special permission to all members of the armed forces from all military units participating in the repressive and war operations to let their beards grow for a practical reason..."
