Shadi Al-Mawlawi

The Qataris are bending backward to have Al Attiya leave Lebanon ASAP, where he remains under house arrest (recently undergone a kidney transplant)".  This is interesting because the last time I saw the Emir of Qatar in 2010, I asked him about Al-`Atiyyah.  I told him this guy is an unabashed pro-March 14 fellow.  He told me then: I know, and I just had a fight with him the other day and then added what meant that he alone determines the foreign policies.
