On Kadri Jamil: the Syrian regime's favorite opposition figure

From a Syrian reader:  "I have nothing personal against Kadri Jamil and his party: the "Popular Will Party" (PWP) but his long term patience provokes me a lot. It seems he never gives up. And here is another episode:
In the last editorial of Kassioun, Kadri Jamil (himself now) wrote:

" If the Supreme Constitutional Court has rejected (our) challenge of the validity of this election, approving, as soon as possible, a new election system, in the first parliamentarian session of the parliament, could be the first step that opens the prospects for a comprehensive and radical political reform". (Strong and meaningful words)

But that's not all. The man won't allow the newly elected parliamentarians (Ba'athist and businessmen) to escape their responsibilities:
Their "attitude towards the election law is the standard, through which, the seriousness towards the (necessary) deep change of any personality, force or party will be tested ( So take care: I'm not joking this time)".

For months, I was trying to find out who exactly is this man's guru … Is it Khaled Bakdash? Could be. But wait… Kadri Jamil has been already expelled from the "Garden of Eden" by Mr. Kim jong Bakdash !!! So no…no way... It can't be… And then, after reading this editorial I can definitely say: EUREKA… It's Mahmoud Abbass.

Mahmoud Abbas is known as the"There-is-always-a-second-chance" man. He never stops offering compromises… for a price, we must admit: an ambiguous letter from the Israeli PM, a meeting with a tenth-rank American envoy, an EU statement underlining the necessity of some" two-states solution" or, in some cases, a kind smile by the charming Tzippi Livni (or even by the smiley Eihud Barak)… You name it… But, in some cases, the student surpasses his teacher…. And here is Kadri Jamil, the leader of 2% of 51.1% of the Syrian people (more popular than Jumblat?), the man who offers never-ending concessions for nothing… A man who leads a communist party called "The Popular Will Party"… Better for him to call it "The Syrian Concessionist Party"…"
