Joseph sent me this: "The article on Amr Moussa also included this quote which I think renders the
radical sentiment irrelevant, "This
agreement is dead and buried. There is an agreement between Israel and Egypt
that we will honor as long as Israel honors it." And it also says that Moussa
"differentiates
between the Camp David Accords, which include the Palestinian articles, and the
peace treaty between Israel and Egypt." So,
he's saying that they will respect the treaty with Israel, but that the
Palestinian articles of the accord are "dead and buried". He is intentionally
misleading Egyptians who think he is referring to the peace treaty with Israel.
Moussa is a double-talker and manipulator and cannot be trusted, in my
opinion."
