Usamah Sa`d

I like the Sidon-based, Usamah Sa`d (a local Nasserist politician known for his modesty and honesty).  He suffered from Syrian regime pressures over the years (his group was responsible for hitting directly a Syrian tank in 1976 when the Syrian regime invaded Lebanon on behalf of Phalanges and Israel).  Yet, he met the other day with Bashshar Al-Asad.  What a time to meet with Bashshar?  That was very unwise timing with Syrian blood in the streets.
