Jim Muir does not watch Syrian TV

I heard Jim Muir on the BBC the other day: he said that if you watch Syrian TV, you would think that all is well in Syria.  It is certain that Muir has not watched Syrian regime TV in months.  It does not in any way send that message: it covers what is going on daily, but from the propaganda perspective of the Syrian regime for sure.  There are references to "events" and to troubles in all Syrian regime talk shows.  Jim can easily hire someone to report and translate the programs.
