Israel wants Syrian regime to stay

Based on the changes in US and NATO policies toward Syria, I now maintain that the Zionists have been alarmed at the various indications of Al-Qa`idah and Salafite presence in Syria, which Israel would not want close to its border in a chaotic scenario.  I now believe that US has decided to stick with the regime for the time being, all stupid rhetoric notwithstanding.
