Did the US ambassador in Afghanistan think that the attacks are good?

"U.S. Ambassador Ryan Crocker cast doubt on the Taliban’s claim of responsibility in an interview with CNN’s Candy Crowley, saying the attacks were more likely done by the Haqqani network, based out of North Waziristan and the Pakistani tribal areas.  “Frankly, I don't think the Taliban is good enough,” he told Crowley."
