Mouin sent me this:  "Noon GMT, I am watching the program GMT on BBC World television. The guest, identified as "Manhal Abou Baker, Website manager, Sham 24" speaking from Hama, is also identified by a still picture in which his face is entirely covered by a red headscarf.  His voice and accent have a 99%+ match with Cicero. Worth examining...."
