Aryeh Neier: War crime court for Israel?

It is cute that Aryeh Neier is moved by the plight of the Syrian people.  No, it is very cute.  But has he not been moved by decades of Israeli war crimes and massacres of Arabs?  Has he called for the formation of a special tribunal for Israeli war crimes?  Lastly, so he wants the Sudanese government and Saudi government to judge Syrian regime war crimes?  (thanks Mark)
