Another massive demonstration in Syria

This massive demonstration is in Al-Qasir.  A massive demonstration in Syria is a one in which two or more people can be seen in it.  Yesterday, tens of thousands of Egyptians demonstrated in Cairo and there was no picture in the New York Times, which described them in a brief piece as "thousands."  This one in Al-Qasir was published in the paper.  Usually in Al-Jazeera, I amuse myself like this: the news would start by reporting "massive demonstration in Damascus", I then wait and count: sometimes 20 sometime 30 and sometimes less.  Suwayda' (the Druze area) has thus far remained in support of the regime to the displeasure of Walid Jumblat, and yet: once Al-Jazeera reported an indoors demonstration in Suwayda'.  It showed ten women or less sitting in a living room.  Somebody should be writing a book on the media coverage of Syria, and it should be classified as comedy.  What of course is more ironic is that when tens of thousands of Syrian demonstrate in support of the regime, no Western or Arab (Saudi-funded and Qatari-funded) dare to post pictures of footage.
