Syrian regime and borders

Syrian regime has no right to complain about infiltration to Syria from Lebanon.  When did the Syrian regime respect the borders of Lebanon and was the Syrian regime ever reluctant to support whichever side it wanted in Lebanon?  And wait: isn't the Syrian regime an Arab nationalist regime that respects no borders?
