Israel versus...militants

Look at that dumb headline in the New York Times: "Violence Continues for Israel and Militants".  So basically there is a country and people on the one side, and just militants on the other side. The militants are of course not human being.  And typically, Israeli inflates the number of its injured:  "and several other people suffered slight injuries."  Slight injuries? Like what? Tell us. One report said that three tripped in a shelter so they were put on the list of injured.
