Friday Sermon Speaker in Tehran: thus spoke the religious kooks of the Islamic republic

Ayatalluh Muhammad Imami Kashani, is the Friday sermon preacher (or one of them) in Tehran.  His speech of last Friday was offensive and bothersome at many level.  He (like his dumb master, Ahmadinejad) insisted that Islam inspired Arab uprisings--this although the Supreme Guide in his talk a few months ago to Iranian diplomats around the world dismissed that theory out of hand.  Kashani also added that the Qur'an can govern the world (he did not say how), and he went on to offend Christians by saying that Christianity has been turned into Zionism, and said that the Torah and the Bible have nothing in them.  Kid you not.
