Arming the Palestinians

So Israel has been killing Palestinians harming children.  Will American academics now start discussing and debating the best ways to  arm the Palestinian people.  I would like to see the organization of academic panels to promote the best ways to arm the Palestinian resistance, as they have done in the case of Syria, especially that Israel has been in the business of killing Palestinians long before the Asad dynasty came to power in Syria.  Will a US Senator now orders bombing of Israeli air defenses and impose a non-fly zone?  I would like those who were enthusiasts for arming the Free Syrian Army calling for arming the Palestinian people.
