Syrian regime draft constitution

Syrian regime media are full of discussions about the new Asad draft constitutions.  The debates are as interesting as a musical recitation of the phone book.  And notice that the halls in which the discussion are held in Damascus or Aleppo or elsewhere are never ever full.  And the audience members look as excited as people in the waiting room of a dentist's office.
