Syria desk officer in the Chinese Foreign Ministry

Are you watching Aljazeera Arabic? There is a live interview with the Syria desk officer at the Chinese Foreign Ministry.  His Arabic is as good as the best Arabic speakers.  It is incredible.  I never ever met an American diplomat with this fluency.  I mean that.  And his pronunciation is so excellent that it carries no trace of a Chinese accent.
