Hizbullah's media hava preference for conspiracy nuts. The nuttier the better. They have a special fondness fr Franklin Lamb (who predicts a war on Iran 49 times a year). Here, Lamb talks about Muhammad Husayn Fadlallah: "Rushing to an appointment last Saturday and passing the Mohammad Hussein
Fadallah Hassaniyeh (Mosque)". I mean, how are you expected to keep reading when he can't know that Husayniyyah is named after Husayn and NOT Hasan his brother. Students of my introductory courses on Islam know the difference. And then how can you keep reading when he translates Husyaniyyah as mosque? But why do his editors allow that? Don't think that Hizbullah media (or Syrian regime media) are less worshipful of the White Man. Any passing White Man who says anything in their interest is featured prominently in their media.
PS Ali sent me this: "I think you misunderstood what Franklin Lamb was refering to, I think he actually meant to say Hassanayn (Both Imam Hassan and Husayn, Seyyed Mohammad Hussein Fadlallah's Mosque), it's still wrong but he's right about it being a mosque and also he got the Hassan part right."
