Free Syrian Army: they are open about their targeting

I mean, look at this statement.  The Free Syrian Army is open that it wants to target all centers of the army in Syria.   Yet, when those Army centers are hit, Western and Arab (read Qatari and Saudi) media insist that the regime is bombing itself.
