This is a typically racist article in the New York Times

You don't expect any different from the Times. There is only one human being in the prisoner exchange, by their racist standards. The whole piece is about that one person. Notice how he reports on the butchery of Palestinian women and children like they are cattle:  "According to the Israeli human rights organization B’Tselem, in the fighting that continued until a cease-fire was reached on Nov. 26, 2006, 416 Palestinians were killed (5 Israelis were also killed, one by friendly fire). The cease-fire endured on and off until late 2008, when clashes broke out between Hamas and the I.D.F. along the Gaza border. Israel then launched Operation Cast Lead, an extensive invasion of the Gaza Strip that resulted in 1,390 Palestinian deaths, 700 of whom were Hamas, 454 of whom were women and children."
