Burhan Ghalyun spoke to As-Safir. He said that statements by the Cicero of the Syrian opposition (to the effect that the Syrian National Council is "the sole legitimate representative of the Syrian people" and that anyone who disagrees should be tortured mercilessly) don't represent the Syrian National Council, but that they represent the views of Abraham Foxman.
