Education of Saudi princes

There is a new deputy to the Governor of Riyadh.  He is Prince Muhammad Bin Sa`d.  His official biography does not talk about his education except that he was sent by his father when he was a child to his uncle Muhammad Bin `Abdur-Rahman to teach him basics of 'reading and writing."  And then there is nothing. So hi illiterate uncle taught him whatever he know.  OK.  That sounds like a qualified Saudi prince.
