The disgrace of Obama administration: a constant of US foreign policy

The US ambassador in Saudi Arabia says that Saudi Arabia is not like any other country that is witnessing uprisings.  He said that Saudi Arabia is different because its government is "different from all the other governments" [in the region, I presume unless he meant in the whole world].
